On March 2nd, the Belleville girls volleyball team hosted Poynette. Belleville lost in five sets, 25-23; 25-6; 18-25; 21-25; 17-19.

Ava Foley had 10 kills, 5 aces, and 10 digs for the Wildcats. Brooke Everson had 9 kills and 1 block. Callie Smith had 2 blocks and 5 aces. Kenna Edge had 10 assists and 11 digs. Josey Latorre had 11 assists.

Belleville next hosted New Glarus on March 4th. Belleville won in four, 25-21; 14-25; 28-26; 25-23.

Kill leaders for Belleville were Ava Foley and Callie Smith with 12 each. Leading with blocks were Callie Smith with 4 and Alyssa Caskey with 3. Ava Foley and Callie Smith each had 2 aces. Josey Latorre had 14 assists while Kenna Edge had 12. Leading in digs was Melanie Humke with 13, while Ava Foley had 7.

For New Glarus, Grace Nommensen had 15 kills and 14 assists. Alexah Mellenberger had 10 kills, 9 aces, 16 assists and 4 digs. Emma Marty had 6 blocks, Amber Horn had 1 ace and Kourtney Peterson had 2 digs.

On March 6th, Belleville hosted Fennimore. Belleville lost in three, 26-28; 12-25; 22-25.

Leading Belleville in kills were Ava Foley with 13 and Mikayla Caskey with 3. Brooke Everson had 5 blocks while Madi Winterburn had 1. Kenna Edge had 2 aces while Madi Winterburn had 2 as well. Josey Latorre had 10 assists and Kenna Edge had 5. Mel Humke had 13 digs while Morgan Messner had 7.

Belleville will host Cambridge on March 13th at 1:30 p.m. They will host Columbus on March 16th, and play at Lodi on March 18th.
