On Saturday, January 2nd, the New Glarus girls basketball team played at Monroe. The Lady Knights were leading by 6 at the halftime break, and kept the pressure on in the second half to win the game. The final score was New Glarus 57, Monroe 49.

“We had the start we wanted! But Monroe didn’t give up,” said Coach Kevin Parman. “We were able to maintain our lead and knock down free throws down the stretch and come away with a big win to start out the new year.”
