The Ninth Annual Turkey Drop is Here
November 5, 2020
Please join the high school and middle school students in helping provide turkeys to those in need so that they too can have a happy “Turkey Day!”
Please help us reach our goal of 50 birds!! You can donate turkeys and other Thanksgiving meal fixings to Burreson’s, or come to the corner of Main Street and Frederick Street (the old parking lot of Francois Ford) to drop off your turkey on Friday, November 13, 2020, from 4:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Look for the turkey and Wildcat mascot. Students will be in the parking lot to greet you, and you can safely donate your bird and fixings with a contactless “drop” off! Just open your trunk, and we will take care of the rest!
Along with turkeys, we are also looking for the following Thanksgiving dinner fixings donations: Turkeys (12-15 lbs); Box mashed potatoes; Canned mandarin oranges; Orange Jell-O; Jar gravy; Stove Top stuffing; Mushroom soup; Canned green beans; Canned french fried onions; Canned cranberry sauce. They can be dropped off at any time at Burreson’s in their Food Pantry barrel.
Monetary donations are also gratefully accepted and will be used to support the food pantry through the holidays. Checks can be made payable to Belleville High School and sent to 635 W. Church Street, Belleville, WI 53508. Please write “Turkey Drop” in the check memo. You can also bring checks or cash to Burreson’s.
We look forward to seeing you at the Turkey Drop! Visit our Facebook Page, Belleville Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Drop at https://www.facebook.com/battdrop.
