Effective immediately, Green County Public Health Department has lifted its emergency orders relative to the COVID-19 pandemic. This decision follows last week’s Wisconsin Supreme Court action overturning the State’s Safer at Home order. The Green County District Attorney’s office and the County’s Corporation Counsel have also advised that the County’s emergency order may not be enforceable under current County ordinances.
