The Town of New Glarus will be appointing a new member of the Town Board to fill a vacancy created by the death of Supervisor Dean Streiff. The position is open to any adult resident of the Town of New Glarus.

“The Town Board serves the public by setting the direction for future growth and development in the rural area around New Glarus,” said Town Chair Chris Narveson. “Our job as Board members is to consider the perspectives of our residents and decide how best to meet their needs. We set the budget for the Town. We work with the Village and Green County on area wide issues.”...
