The Village of Belleville’s Spring Clean-Up will be on June 3, 2020. Please note: Any household self-quarantining for COVID-type symptoms are asked NOT to participate in the Spring Clean-up this year to protect the workers picking up items.
Please place items neatly at your curbside next to your cart by 7:00 a.m.
Acceptable Items for Curbside Pick-Up
Bed frames, Box springs - must be bagged*, Charcoal grills and gas grills - no propane tanks, Dry carpets - Rolled and tied for one person to handle, Furniture items, Household trash items, Mattresses - must be bagged*, Small lawnmowers or snowblowers - Gas and oil must be removed, Swing sets - Must be dismantled. *Effective May 2017 Pellitteri will only accept box springs and mattresses that are placed in a waterproof plastic or vinyl storage/disposal bag.
Not Acceptable Items
The following items will not be picked up and should not be placed on your curb: 55-gallon drums, Air conditioners, Dehumidifiers, Dishwashers, Dryers, Freezers, Microwaves, Refrigerators, Stoves/ovens, Washers, Water heaters, Water softeners, Building materials, Computers and computer monitors, Televisions, Concrete or dirt pieces, Household pesticides, Lead acid batteries, Oil tanks, Paints and thinners, Vehicle engine blocks, Vehicle tires, Yard Waste.
