Burglary at Five Star Cellular in New Glarus

On Thursday, April 2, 2020, at 7:58 p.m., New Glarus Police investigated a burglary at Five Star Cellular. An investigation revealed that a landscaping brick was thrown through the front glass door to gain entry into the business. It was a smash and grab incident, and the suspects were in and out of the business in less than three minutes.
Two masked males wearing hooded sweatshirts entered the business and grabbed the demo Apple iPhones and fled out the door they entered the business through. Other US Cellular businesses from surrounding communities have been burglarized in the same way.
