Come celebrate the empty Tomb at 8:00 a.m., on Sunday, April 12, 2020, in the parking lot of Zwingli United Church of Christ, 416 E Lake Ave, Monticello.
Easter is the most exciting part of the Church calendar year. It is the celebration of Christ’s resurrection and the conquering of death. We, the people of Zwingli United Church of Christ, know that our church is more than just our building, it is our people. We are holding worship service together on Easter Sunday morning. We will be using the miracles of modern technology to provide a worship experience in a Drive-In format. Participants will be given individual communion packets, instructed where to park and where to tune their FM radio dial to hear the worship service, as well as great music from the comfort of your car. We are doing this special worship in response to the COVID-19 Virus that is menacing our world.
