Members of New Glarus/Monticello Troop 106 are shown here working on a plaque they left as a tradition in spending the weekend at the Kiwanis Cabin located in Monroe. During the weekend of February 14, 15 and 16, the boys spent time finishing up Merit Badge work, playing games outside in the snow and playing board games. Some of the boys brought their electronic game systems and during free time they competed against each other for high score. Troop 106 also invited for the weekend the Webelo scouts from the Cub Scout Troop 5. Webelo scouts joined Troop 106 throughout the weekend and had a fun time as well. Troop 106 hopes to see them join the Boy Scouts in the months to come during their cross over event. Scouts in photo, from left: Ben Collins, Matthew Collins, Dylan Fritz, Graham Byrd and Luke Douty. Good Job and keep up all the hard work boys!
