New Glarus Chamber of Commerce Welcomes New Business: Hemp 1848

On Friday, January 17, members of the New Glarus Chamber of Commerce gathered for a Ribbon Cutting at Hemp 1848, located at 412 2nd Street. The new store is dedicated to the physical and mental health benefits of CBD oil.

Operations Manager Amanda thanked those who dropped by and noted, "Hemp 1848 represents the respectable history of the hemp growing industry in Wisconsin since it was founded in 1848. We bring our local Wisconsin farmers, processors, manufacturers, and customers together through education and products that can benefit our health in many different ways. We are happy to join the community in New Glarus where it is clear everyone cares about their neighbors - and we are here to help them do just that."

The winter hours for Hemp 1848 are: Monday (Closed); Tuesday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
