Fatal Skid Loader Accident

On December 15, 2019, at 6:19 p.m., Green County Deputies, along with Argyle EMS, Green County EMS, Argyle Fire Department and MedFlight, responded to the N6600 block of County Highway A, in the Town of Adams, for an unconscious subject involved in a skid loader accident.
Life saving measures were taken, but 39-year-old Darren Meade of Argyle died at the scene.
An initial investigation determined the skid loader overturned on private property while Mr. Meade was performing farm work at the scene.
The Green County Coroner’s Office also responded to the scene.
