Last Sunday, September 1st, the Friends of the New Glarus library had another success with their annual book sale. It began with a large crowd at the 9:00 a.m. opening, and although that tapered off, there was a steady stream of buyers all day long.

One man purchased a full, matched set of bound Louis L'Amour books – 115 volumes, if you're wondering – as well as others.
