Pauli Family Receives Century Farm Award

Celebrating 100 years of farming, the Pauli family farm was recognized as a Century Farm during the Wisconsin State Fair

LuAnn and Bill Pauli, pictured with Bill's mom Marie holding the Century Farm sign that they received during the Wisconsin State Fair on August 6. The Pauli family received the farm sign hanging on the shed behind them from Belleville High School students and staff in appreciation of Bill driving players to sporting events. The students designed and fabricated the sign in one of Ed Neumann's tech ed classes.

100 years ago, Christ and Mary Pauli bought a farm on Highway PB in between Belleville and Paoli. Little did they know that the farm would stay in the Pauli family for the next 100 years, and more.

On August 6, 2019, more than 650 people celebrated the 100- or 150-year histories of their Wisconsin farms during the Century and Sesquicentennial Farm Awards breakfast held each year during the Wisconsin State Fair.
