Green County Healthy Community Coalition Presents "Family Fun Triathlon" With New Community Health Endowment Fund

Join the Family Fun Triathlon, hosted by the Green County Healthy Community Coalition and the Green County Community Health Endowment Fund! The event will take place Saturday, August 17, starting at 9:00 a.m., with yoga on the north side of the square, followed by a walk from the square to Twining Park, and will finish with WERQ Dance Fitness. Afterwards, stay and enjoy the wonderful Main Street Monroe Farmers Market. There is no pre-registration required, when you arrive, simply check in at the tent with balloons on 10th Street. This event is family friendly, requires no previous experience, and is FREE!
The Community Health Endowment Fund - CHEF Team - is a new initiative to grow flexible resources and support for community health throughout Green County in partnership with the Southern Wisconsin Community Foundation, the Green County Health Department, the Monroe Clinic and other community partners. Through time, proceeds from the endowment fund will be available to support Green County Healthy Community Coalition activities and other important health improvement initiatives.
