USAF Surgeon General Lieutenant General Dorothy Hogg presents Colonel (Dr.) Matthew Talarczyk with a Meritorious Service Medal.

Colonel (Dr.) Matthew Talarczyk, son of Karen Talarczyk and the late Richard Talarczyk, recently retired from the United States Air Force after 25 years of service. His last assignment was at Wright-Patterson Medical Center, where he was the Chief of Surgery and Commander of the 88th Surgical Operations Squadron, 88th Air Base Wing (AFMC), Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
