Indeed, Kismet Happens: Lingonberry Llama is "The Nicest Place in America" for Wisconsin
"Small towns need a place to meet, talk and share. In this tiny town, that need was met in a big way."

Lingonberry Llama customers met to bolster "Reader's Digest's" recognition of "The Nicest Place in America."
You may have heard that Belleville's Lingonberry Llama was nominated and won Reader's Digest's "The Nicest Place in America" for Wisconsin.
Owner Jon Cleveland said that his family, staff, and customers are beyond humbled and excited.
"We could not have gotten this far without all of our fabulous customers and our colleagues," posted Cleveland. "Thank you to everyone who voted. We really do live in one of the nicest places in America! #proudtosayIliveinBelleville!"
Voting for Nicest Place in America is open through July 21st. So continue to vote at http://www.rd.com/nicestplaces/the-nicest-place-in-wisconsin-the-lingonberry-llama-coffee-shop-in-belleville.
Belleville resident Samantha Olson nominated Lingonberry Llama and, in the application, wrote, "They've brought life to our sleepy town. Main Street bustles because of all the activities this shop offers the tiny town of Belleville. They let me host the Belleville New Moms Group there every other Saturday, offer live music, craft nights. Jon Cleveland, the owner/chef/barista, personally makes connections with his guests. The coffee shop feels like family or going home. He has allowed our Belleville New Moms Group to meet there every other Saturday and has personally scheduled fun events there for the kiddos like Easter Bunny photos, making Bouquets for Mother's Day, mama and Me Yoga, etc. It is so much more than a coffee shop. It's a hub for the entire community. He keeps the shop open during snow days, serves up early morning breakfast for the community garage sale days, knows almost everyone by name, books local musicians and crafters, and tries to keep everything local. He's brought us all together in the best ways possible."
Cleveland was traveling back to Belleville from a western Texas work trip when he received the news and posted, "As rewarding as this trip has been for my other work focus, Superior Analytical Instruments, when this news came across my Facebook feed, I let out a loud laugh of joy! I'm traveling home, where our little coffee shop has received national attention from the efforts of a fantastic group of customers, and with the support of a team that makes my heart nearly burst with pride in all we've accomplished!"
Last October, when Cleveland first opened Lingonberry Llama, he said, ""If you listen to your customers, they'll tell you what they want. And you know, eventually, kismet happens."
This recognition is a wonderful complement to Lingonberry Llama and other businesses in the village, as well as the Belleville community.
"I've always said I have the best customers and I've been fortunate enough to hire some of the most personable and enjoyable colleagues at the Llama," said Cleveland. "This is a tremendous honor, a tremendous honor indeed!"
