Belleville's baseball team took an early lead against Lakeside Lutheran on May 14th, but couldn't hold on to it and lost the game, 3-8.

The Wildcats scored 2 runs in the first inning and held the lead until the 4th inning when Lakeside Lutheran sent 4 runners over home plate. Belleville scored once more in the 6th to try to mount a comeback, but Lakeside scored 3 more runs in the 7th to win the game.
