David A. Haak

David A. Haak, age 58 of Belleville, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison following a 13-year battle with myelofibrosis. He was born on March 12, 1961, in Monroe, WI, the son of LaVern and Marilyn (Kuehni) Haak.

David graduated from Belleville High School in 1979, and continued his education with the Farm and Industry Short Course at UW-Madison. On May 5, 1984, he was united in marriage to Theresa Gehin at St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church in Belleville. David was passionate about agriculture and farming. He also loved to spend time fishing and deer hunting, along with following all the Wisconsin sports teams. David enjoyed the journey by taking the long road to get somewhere and visiting with those he encountered along the way. He had the skill to recall those he had met and things he had done along the way. David's family was very dear to him; he would faithfully support his children in their athletic endeavors, and enjoyed their time spent together.
