Belleville's Luke Kelly slides safely into home in action at Cambridge.
The Belleville Wildcats only played one game last week, thanks to Mother Nature. The game was played on May 3rd at Cambridge, one of the Capitol Conference's top teams. Belleville won the game, 6-1.
"Behind a terrific pitching performance from Austin Fahey, our guys played a very clean, solid baseball game," reported Coach Griffin Rear. "Although it took our bats a little while to get going, our defense played exceptionally well to keep Cambridge off the scoreboard in the early innings."
