Thirteen Youth Wrestlers have qualified to compete in the Folkstyle State Competition at the Alliant Center in Madison. This past Saturday, Sugar River youth wrestling qualified its MOST EVER (13 kids) to Folkstyle State Competition at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison.
Of the 13 boys qualifying, six are returning State Qualifiers and two of those returners are place winners.
Eleven of them will wrestle Friday, March 22, 2019, starting at 11:00 a.m. until finished. The other two wrestle Saturday, March 23, 2019, with same start time until finished. Quite an accomplishment for the youth program! Sugar River had 20 wrestlers competing this past Saturday. Congratulations to all the families!
