Monticello Lion/Lioness Carol Powell is handing out brochures about Diabetes awareness at Monticello School's Health Fair held on February 21st. Also distributed were brochures about eye diseases due to Diabetes, a chart to see if you are risk and lists of healthy eating choices plus cheese sticks and pencils for the students. Thanks you to everyone who stopped at our table. The Lions next event will be the Pancake Brunch held on March 17th, at the high school gym. The girls basketball team will be assisting the Lions.
