Kyle Wayne, who along with his brother Austen and their families, are the new owners of the Subway restaurants in Belleville and New Glarus.
Tasty. Fresh veggies. Quality food. Smart nutrition. That says it all to the new owners of the Belleville Subway, Kyle Wayne and his brother, Austen, and families of Boscobel. The families also own the Subway in New Glarus.
New to the restaurant business, Kyle said they are learning lots of things, "Sometimes the hard way, but we're learning."
He explained that they are friends with the family who owns the Subway in Boscobel and when Kyle and Austen lost their jobs at Bemis, a plastic packaging company, their friends suggested they look into owning a Subway franchise.
