New Glarus Sixth Graders Enjoy the Experience of a Lifetime

Sixth graders from New Glarus recently returned from their trip to Wyalusing. This is the 54th year that New Glarus has taken a group to Wyalusing.
New Glarus sixth graders, along with chaperones and staff, made their 54th annual trip to Wyalusing during the second week of May.
Before getting to Wyalusing State Park, the group stopped at Stonefield Village in Cassville to enjoy country school lessons first hand, learn about how the science of agriculture has progressed steadily since the first settlers, participate in a friendly butter making competition, tour a turn-of-the-century farmhouse, and enjoy a delicious ice cream cone!
