The Monticello/Albany baseball team split a double header with River Ridge on May 18th.

Coach Scott Smice had this to say, “Winning the 1st game, 5 to 2 behind a complete game by Travis McCoy on the mound and some excellent defense, Trayden Foster had an excellent defensive game to lead the way. All had some good hitting as well. Lost the 2nd game, 9 to 7. We are “peaking” at the right time; good hitting, defense, and pitching all coming together.”
