The Belleville Wildcats girls basketball team took to the court on Tuesday, February 20th, against Johnson Creek to open up the first round of the tournament. Belleville came in as the 4th seed while Johnson Creek came in as the 13th seed for the game that was played in Belleville.

The Wildcats would prove to be too strong for the visiting Johnson Creek team as the home team won by a score of 85-19. The Wildcats played a very up tempo game and forced 28 first half turnovers that led to a 50-10 halftime lead.
