The final playoff match of the first half, held on February 6th, was a nail biter, much like this year's super bowl. The Screaming Eagles were up by 1 after one, then down 1 and then 2 after three frames. The match was even after four frames, at which point the Express shoved the throttle ahead a notch to take a 26-point lead after five. Eagle Heights flapped their wings a few times to gain altitude in the sixth frame to swoop within 6 of the Express.
