Aline Loeffel Schuerch passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018, at the New Glarus Home. She was born on February 22, 1929, in Cudahy, WI, to Otto and Helen (Rothlisberger) Wyss.

Aline married Armin Loeffel in 1946, and he passed in 1960. In 1981, she was united in marriage to Harry Schuerch until his death in 1999.

Aline is survived by her three sons, Guy (Deb) Loeffel, Monticello, WI, Carl (Nina) Loeffel, Waunakee, WI, Van (Diane) Loeffel, Monticello, WI; step-daughters, Betty (Kerry) Kimura, Eagle River, AK, and Mary (Bruce) Smith, Warren, IN; granddaughters, Amy Loeffel and Jackie (Steve) Holcomb, both of Monticello, WI; eight step-grandchildren; three great-granddaughters; and ten step-great-grandchildren. She is further survived by a brother, Carl (Cate) Wyss, Janesville, WI.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Herman Schlittler; husbands, Armin Loeffel and Harry Schuerch; and a son, Ted Loeffel.

Per her request, no services will be held.
