We hope you will plan to attend these events and learn more about disease. Nearly half of America have a least one risk factor for heart disease such as high blood pressure, obesity, physical inactivity or unhealthy diet. Unfortunately, risk increases as we age. The good news is that individuals of all ages can reduce their risk by making lifestyle changes and managing medical conditions through appropriate treatment.
