Russ Moser (right), representing Stuessy-Kuenzi Post #141 of the American Legion, recently presented McKinley Righter with a $750 check for the Walter Ott-Francis Beers Memorial Scholarship. McKinley is a graduate of New Glarus High School and is currently a freshman at UW-Milwaukee, where she is studying Nursing. McKinley's grandfather, Rick Righter, is a member of Post #141.
