The annual Winter Fest Veterans Festival and Reunion was held in New Glarus last weekend. Veterans from across the nation gathered to enjoy a weekend of fun and camaraderie. On Saturday evening, following a dinner and program, the Sugar River Quilt of Valor group awarded 28 quilts to veterans who had been nominated to receive them.
