Dear Editor,

The 2017 Belleville Community Giving Tree program helped to provide gifts for 89 children in 37 families. Each child received gifts and/or gift cards and each family received a grocery gift card.

Thanks go to the gift tag preparers and deliverers, the shoppers and contributors, those who picked up gifts from businesses and schools, the sorters, the callers, the greeters that assisted the families picking up gifts, and everyone that helped in any way.

Many, many helping hands from the community, churches, and businesses made this program run smoothly and helped to make Christmas a little brighter for children in the Belleville area. Thanks to you all!
