On Monday, December 11, 2017, State Representative Sondy Pope met with students in Monticello to pick up artwork for display in her Capitol office.
Rep. Pope says, "Art fosters creativity and expression in our children and is an essential piece of a well-rounded education. It is important that we nurture these qualities. Thank you to these talented students and their teachers for their hard work."
