Alliant Energy Donates To New Glarus Youth Baseball

Alliant Energy's volunteer grant program has made a donation to the New Glarus Youth Baseball association for $400. Alliant's employees track their volunteer hours throughout the year and Alliant then awards the grant money to the non-profit organization of the employee's choice. The amount of the grant is based on the number of hours volunteered. This past year, Alliant Energy employees have volunteered 88,000 hours and the company distributed $113,200 in grants to the non-profit organizations in communities across their service territory.
