The Monroe Avalanche Co-op hockey team hosted Madison La Follette on November 28th. Despite the Eastside Lakers taking an early lead in the game, the Avalanche played hard and won in overtime, 3-2.

“What can you say with an overtime win. The guys worked hard and never quit, even when we were down two goals,” said Coach Josh Smith. “We spend a lot of time conditioning and it’s these kind of money where it pays off. We’ve got a long week ahead so we’ll look to keep the momentum going.”
