The New Glarus-Monticello Knights football team played at Waterloo on Friday, October 6th, winning the game. The final score was New Glarus-Monticello 37, Waterloo 9.

The Pirates were the first to score and led 6-0 until Zach Feller ran it into the end zone from 12 yards out to make it 7-6. In the second quarter, Waterloo drove it down the field but were unable to get into the end zone as NGM forced a field goal. NGM's next touchdown came on a 38-yard run from Tanner Jelle. As the half expired Trent Sigafus kicked a field goal and the halftime score was 17-9, with NGM in the lead.
