The Wildcats have had two productive races this past week. We have raced in both Darlington and River Valley.

Both races were led by junior Wildcat Caden O'Rourke, followed by Sean Campbell and Gary Salmela, who having been pushing each other for the number two position. Otto Anson, Derek Shrader and Julian Fullbright rounded out the boys team for Varsity.

Junior Varsity saw our underclassmen competing in their first meet. Jacob Kean started his season in Darlington and Brandon Graves in River Valley.

Overall, the boys have been working hard and seeing improvement in speed and endurance.

The girls have been led last week by senior Kalin O'Rourke, followed by Heidi Wegehaupt, Eve Palmer and Lexi Walker. A surprise finish in Darlington by Gianna Diaz (who received a medal for most improved at the invite) has propelled her to Varsity. Both Emma Veeneman and Angelina Parisot have been seeing some time on Varsity also.

Our JV girls have been led by Adrianna Herritz, followed by Rachel Markhardt and Maya Severson.

The boys placed in 11th Darlington and 12th in River Valley. The girls placed 13th and 15th, respectively.
