The Wisconsin Regional Art Program (WRAP) has announced the winners of 42 prestigious statewide awards. Meredith Dragovich, Monticello, received an award for "Kitty" as part of the organization's juried state exhibition, which runs through September 23rd at the Center for the Visual Arts in Wausau.
