Representatives from the Village of Belleville, along with Rick Francois and representatives from CECOR and Keller Inc., broke ground on a 21,000 square foot new manufacturing facility Monday, August 21, 2017, for a new manufacturing facility in the BellWest Commercial Subdivision. Founded in 1955, CECOR designs and manufactures two primary product lines to help their customers work faster, better, smarter and safer.
