Dane County Sheriff’s Deputies, working a WI Department of Transportation funded traffic grant on Friday and Saturday, made a number of arrests. Six Deputies worked the alcohol grant from 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17th until 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, in partnership with City of Madison Police.

Just after 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Joshua A. Nack, 34, Fitchburg, was arrested on a felony OWI charge (4th offense) after he was stopped on Zeier Road and E. Washington Avenue. Nack was driving with a revoked license and had no proof of insurance. He will also be charged with Criminal OAR and Felony...
