Way, 59, New Glarus, was arrested and charged with one count of Felony Theft – Business Setting (less than $2,500-$5,000), two counts of Felony Theft – Business Setting (Over $10,000), and three counts of Felony Identity Theft – Financial Gain after a one-year investigation.
