At their July 27th meeting, the Town of New Glarus Parks Commission presented Boy Scout Troop 106 with monies earned during distribution of trees from the commission's annual Tree Sale Program. Boy Scout Graham Byrd was present at the Parks Commission's monthly meeting in the Town Hall.

The Boy Scouts assisted the commission with separating, documenting orders, and receiving payments during the distribution this spring. The Parks Commission would welcome contact from other community youth groups that would be interested in participating in their programs.
