Recent torrential rains have brought devastating flooding to southeastern Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) asks affected property owners to seek trusted local contractors for repairs and to be on the lookout for transient contractors (or “storm chasers”).
