On July 6, Senator Tammy Baldwin visited the Monticello School collaboration lab and hosted a roundtable discussion with local community leaders and advocates on expanding rural broadband. Steve Scanlan, Monticello Village Board Member, and Allen Brokopp, Monticello School District Administrator, and the Chamber of Commerce President were invited to participate. Police Chief Szvon Conway managed security for the visit.
