Teresa Young, daughter of Tim and Chris Young, Belleville, was inducted into the Zeta of Florida chapter of Phi Beta Kappa at Eckerd College on May 18. Phi Beta Kappa, America's oldest and most prestigious academic honor society, is awarded to undergraduate students who excel in the liberal arts and sciences. Notable members of Phi Beta Kappa include Theodore Roosevelt, George H. W. Bush, and Condoleezza Rice.

Young graduated with High Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations/Global Affairs and Communication from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida on May 21st.
