The Monticello Ponies baseball team ended their regular season with a win over Belmont at home on May 19th. The final score was 13-1.

The Ponies pounded out 14 hits with several players with multiple hits.

“Trayden Foster, Kollin Klitzke, and Kolten Shulka combined for a one-hitter,” said Coach Scott Smice.

On May 25th, the Ponies played at Faith Christian for a regional game. Monticello was shut out, 0-4.

Smice commented, “Was a season of growth in many ways.”

The Ponies ended their season with a 1-9 conference record.
