Monticello Track Relay Teams Break School Records

The Monticello Track girls 4x100 relay team of Karlene Walters, Ali Risley, Marissa Peterson and Alyssen Noriega broke the old school record of 55.22 on May 15th with their time of 55.21.

On May 15th, the Monticello track team traveled to the UW-Platteville campus to compete in the Six Rivers Conference Championship Meet. The boys finished in sixth place while the girls finished seventh.

Boys Results

Max Hoffmaster won the 100-Meter Dash, with a time of 11.51. Placing third was Zach Price with a time of 12.00.

Max Hoffmaster also won the 200-Meter Dash, finishing in a time of 23.80.

In the 400-Meter Dash, Cody Garfoot placed ninth with a time of 1:04.57. Peter Blumer (1:06.95) also competed.

Placing seventh in the 800-Meter Run was Robert Burt, with a time of 2:20.27....
