The Monticello Fire Department will once again be holding a Pig Roast during Spring Fling, at the Monticello Fire Station.  Food will be served from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 20th.

Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Hamburgers, Brats and Hot Dogs will be available, either as a meal or just the sandwich.  A Pulled Pork Sandwich meal will be $8.00, a Hamburger Meal $5.50, a Brat Meal $5.50 and a Hot Dog Meal is $4.50.  Pop and water will also be available.
