On Friday, February 10, 2017, at 2:20 p.m., the Green County Sheriff’s Communications Center received a 911 report of a two-car accident at the intersection of Melvin and Clarno Roads, in Clarno Township, south of the City of Monroe.

Sheriff and Monroe First Response units arrived within minutes to render aid and extinguish a fire on one of the vehicles. Green County EMS was summoned to assist with multiple injured.
