Avalanche Fall to Panthers
The game that the Monroe Avalanche Co-op hockey team was to play against Stevens Point Pacelli was postponed due to the weather on January 17th, so the team had a nice little break before they hosted Oregon on Friday, January 20th.
“Cohesively, as a team, this was one of the best games we’ve played to date,” stated Coach Josh Smith. “We controlled the game for the entire first period until Oregon put one in with 15 seconds left in the first period. We let up a little bit in the second and had two big collapses that lead to two (Oregon) goals.”
