Robert F. Beich, age 89 of Lodi, a former Belleville resident, passed away on January 22, 2017, at Haven Hills. He was born May 5, 1927, to his parents, Fredrick Beich and Gertrude Minch.

After graduating from Belleville High School, he served in the U.S. Army, and later worked for the Village of Belleville. On January 29, 1949, he was united in marriage to Ruth Anderegg in New Glarus.

Robert is survived by his wife, Ruth, of Lodi; sister-in-law, Sylvia Zentner; and two special nieces.

Private inurnment services will be held at a later date.
